In compliance with the GDPR and the LOPD-GDD, we inform you that the personal data collected by Pistacia Creación Floral through the forms available on its pages will be incorporated into and processed in our records for the purpose of facilitating, streamlining and fulfilling the commitments established between Pistacia Creación Floral and the User, maintaining the relationship established through the forms completed by the User, or responding to a request or enquiry.

  • Accountability principle: the Data Controller shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the above principles.

Categories of personal data

The categories of data processed by Pistacia Creación Floral consist solely of identification data. Under no circumstances are special categories of personal data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR processed.

Personal data of minors

In accordance with Article 8 of the GDPR and Article 7 of Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, only persons over the age of 14 may lawfully provide their consent to the processing of their personal data by Pistacia Creación Floral.
If the person is under the age of 14, the consent of their parents or legal guardians shall be required for the processing, and such processing shall only be considered lawful to the extent that it has been authorised by them.

Rights arising from the processing of personal data

The User has the following rights in relation to Pistacia Creación Floral and may therefore exercise them against the Data Controller, as recognised by the GDPR and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights:

II. ACCEPTANCE OF AND CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

The User must have read and agreed to the terms concerning the protection of personal data contained in this Privacy Policy and must consent to the processing of their personal data so that the Data Controller may process it in the manner, for the periods and for the purposes indicated.
Use of the Website shall imply acceptance of its Privacy Policy.

Pistacia Creación Floral reserves the right to amend its Privacy Policy at its own discretion or as a result of legislative, case-law or regulatory changes or guidance issued by the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
